("Us").  You irrevocably grant to Us a worldwide, royalty-free right to use, publish, distribute, edit, and incorporate into publicity, marketing or other corporate materials, alone or combined with other materials, in whole or in part, all photographs, video footage, and sound recordings taken of You, and any other materials You allow Us to produce or otherwise submit to Us, in all media or medium now existing or created in the future (collectively, the “Publicity Materials”). You consent and authorize Us to use the Publicity Materials as described herein. You agree that You are not entitled to any payment, royalty, fee, or compensation for the use of the Publicity Materials. You agree not to bring any action against Us relating to the Publicity Materials. You represent and warrant that You have all rights to provide the foregoing consent and authorization. By submitting, You acknowledge that you have carefully read this Publicity Consent and are knowingly and voluntarily agreeing to it.
